Shipping policy

  • $500.00 Minimum order. Orders placed for less will be subject to a $15 additional service charge.
  • Orders are shipped 2nd Day FedEx, unless specified otherwise by customer.
  • Orders are processed within two working days.
  • No orders will be processed to accounts with past due balances.
  • Back orders are held for 30 days and shipped upon availability of goods, unless instructed otherwise.
  • Final prices will be based on 2nd London Fix plus bank charges on the day of shipment.
